Years ago a large group of teenagers were mutated into humanoid animals and mystical beasts by some kind of mutagen. The fought crime from the shadows with their Martial Arts skills and detective skills. These teenagers have now grown up and split up into small group to form Martial Arts schools in different cities. From these school they solve and combat crime with their top students.
