Cosmic Cosplay for the week of the 2nd to the 8th of July

Hi all and welcome to Cosmic Cosplay post. Cosmic Cosplay is a weekly post that (normally) happens on a Sunday were I talk about the new Cosplay Deviants sets, any Cosplay Deviants news I learn about, information about updates for CosmicBreak, Minecraft news when there is any and three DreamClix ideas/designs. OK, OK, I am posting this on a Monday then a Sunday this week. I was have computer problem during most of the day Sunday. As I am posting this now, today's HeroClix Listings will be posted in the evening.

First off are this week's Cosplay Deviants sets. There was a new video on Wednesday. It was a video of Bear’s (currently only) set Seedling. The set on Saturday was a set from the deviant Squee. This new set is called Toushi and in it she cosplays as Ryomou Shimei from Battle Vixens.

Next is the CosmicBreak update news. First of all, Cosmic Commander is back and it is a Facebook game. It now includes several of the moe character like Lily Rain, hippy. There is a new chibi campaign on CosmicBreak now. There will be three chibis available to buy, the first being Chibi Mighty Girl-chan. 

Now for the last section of the post, the DreamClix Section. This week I am doing ideas for a Icy from CosmicBreak and Hecatoncheir from Final Fantasy XIII. But first here is a design of the Cosplay card of the deviant Dolly.

Next is the third ComicBreak chase, Icy. The Guardian of Wizdom. The only female guardian, she's a sharp tactician who leads Wizdom with her vast knowledge. Can be a bit stubborn, but she cares for her Union members above all else. She should have a trait called “The Guardian of Wizdom”, Running Shot, Incapacitate, Defend, Willpower, Toughness, Outwit, Perplex, Probability Control and a special called “C.S.-chan's Upgrade”.

The Guardian of Wizdom: When two friendly characters that haves the Unions keyword are adjacent to each other, the character with the higher point value may be given a free action to immediately use Perplex. That character can use Perplex until the beginning of your next turn, if it cannot use Perplex already and continues to use this ability. If the two characters have the same point value, their controller chooses which is treated as the higher point character this turn.

C.S.-chan's Upgrade: Give Icy a free action if C.S. is adjacent to him and power action if she is not. Replace this character with Icy CB-??? on the orange line. Existing actions tokens on this character are applied to the replacement, which cannot be given an action this turn. If the replacement is KO'd, this character's point value is scored instead.

She should have about seven clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 11, Attack 12, Defence 17, Damage 3 and Range 6 with two targets. Their team ability should be the ART one and their keywords should be Unions, Ruler, Scientist and Robot. Now with Cosmic Commander back I will be consecrating on Cosmic Commander bots. The idea should be Zero Fighter.

Next is Hecatoncheir from Final Fantasy XIII. Hecatoncheir  is Vanille's Eidolon in Final Fantasy XIII. It is an Earth-elemental creature with multiple arms. Fang becomes suspicious that Vanille is hiding something from her, and decides to confront Vanille about their past. In order to get the truth out of her, Fang decides to lie and says that she finally remembers the events surrounding their original Focus. She reveals that she was the one who became Ragnarok and scarred Cocoon many centuries ago. Although Vanille knows this is the truth, she frantically tries to deny it. As if to reprimand her for lying, Hecatoncheir is summoned and confronts the duo. Fang interprets this as a sign of truth, and Vanille finally admits what she suspected - Fang was indeed the one who transformed into Ragnarok in the War of Transgression. Vanille breaks down in tears, saying that she did not want Fang to bear the terrible guilt of the beast's bloody rampage, and Fang forgives her. Hecatoncheir should have Flurry, Quake, Impervious, Invaluable and Indomitable. He should have about six clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 8, Attack 12, Defence 18, Damage 4 and Range 4 with two targets. His team ability should be the Mystics one and his keywords should be Eidolons, Mystical and Summon. The next Final Fantasy idea should be Oerba Yun Fang from Final Fantasy XIII.
