Welcome to “Gaming with Neoscream”. This is my
weekly gaming post for miniature games, RPGs, some card
games and computer games.
Gaming News
First off is the Mantic news. First off James Hewitt
is sadly leaving the company. But here is the major news, the DreadBall Extreme
KickStarter is starting next Friday.
Also a couple of minor changes have been done to the Mars Attacks Survey to clear things up.

Next is the HeroClix news. This week there was
previews of: Black Manta from DC Superman and the Legion of Super-Heroes; Gaia
the Fierce Knight from Yu-Gi-Oh Series One; and Pyro from Marvel X-Men Days of
Future Past.
On the main HeroClix website there are new Play Guides out, These are the HeroClix version to Q'n'As and Erratas. However, instead of being one huge PDF they have made PDFs for each section instead to make it easier to find what you are after.
Also now with my course over, HeroClix is now back on in York House on Thursdays from next week.

The Glaug (Changes are highlighted in red) |
Next is the Zombicide news. The Special Guest Boxes
are coming out soon and their cards are also up on the Zombicide web site.
Now for the Warlord Games news. Rule for using Rogue
Trooper in the Judge Dredd game was and Mongoose Publishing released the greens
image of Acc-Div Judge on the old KickStater page.
Also images of three Algoryn and a Boromites Support
weapons have been reviled for Beyond the Gates of Antares.
There are now rules for playing the Earps family in the Wild West Chronicles game. Oh and the Dad's Army set is now out to buy.

Next is the Mekton news. More previews were posted,
however these are backer only password protected. So unless you are a backer,
you will not be able to see them.
Now for the RoboTech RPG Tactics news. Prototype
images of the Glaug are up now as well as CAD version of changes they will be
doing to it.
Next is the Shadows of Brimstone KickStarter news.
There was an update on their KickStarter page with some CAD of the Swamp Raptor
figure and a ton of Illustrations.
Now for the Elven Adventurers Box Set KickStarter
news. There was an update on their KickStarter page with a picture of a resign
casted of the Troll Rock Chucker.
Next is the Journey: Wrath of Demons news. There was
an update on their KickStarter page with several pictures of a bunch of plastic
prototypes figures.
Now for the Crooked Dice Games news. They have done
a massive restock of the following:
Tweedy, Future Freedom Fighters packs Two and Three,
Time Lost, Belle and Ms Temple.
Next is the Kingdom Death news. Both the Pinup
Savior and the Pinup Architect are out of stock again on their store.
Last is the OVA news. After a long silence we
finally get an update as it is the ninth anniversary of the original OVA game. Since
the backer preview back in October, there has been many changes. The book
features a completely reorganized and expanded Game Master’s Section, a new
appendix with tips on telling anime stories, even more NPCs to use in your
games, and of course all the new illustrations. The artwork is curry more than
90% complete. Also there were more preview images of the buttons and stickers.
My thoughts of the KickStarter, it looks great,
however with the lake of updates (one every of week) and the delay. The
KickStarter ended in June 2013, the final version of the PDF was meant to have
been done by August 2013 and the physical book was meant to have started
shipping in December 2013. It is now half way into February 2014 now and they
still have less than 10% the artwork to go. I am not that happy with this
KickStarter and with experience with of RPG KickStarters, I will probably not bovver
with back any more in the future as they are never on time.
Past Events
On Friday I was at the second High Command
tournament of the year at Wargames Workshop MK. We had three games this gain
and sadly I lost all three somehow.
On Saturday, me and my friend Richard went to
Simon’s (another friend) house and played a game of Zombicide. We played
mission 3, Zombie Square, from Toxic City Mall. Sadly we ran out of time, but
the way it was going we would have won, we just have to find a second can of
gas.

Now with my course over, this section should hopefully be returning next week.
With HeroClix coming back and me gaming more on Fridays, there is a large chance the post will be going up on a Saturday instead of a Friday and a slim chance of a Sunday on Saturday's where I have a tournament. So until next time, Keep Rolling.
