Neoscream's Life: 21st to 27th July 2014

Middle Mobile Suit
Welcome to the Neoscream's Life post. This is a weekly post of some of the things I have done during last week and news on the great Geek Goddess, AJ.

“Life”

At coffee this week there was no Darren, but Jenny and her family was there. On Saturday evening I went to a party at my manager’s place. I got to a bunch of old work mates that I have not seen in ages. It was a great night despite two problems which I will not go into on my blog (one in do not what to name names and the other is too personal).
On Sunday my mates were having a last moment picnic. Sadly due to the buses and having to be back home for 2:30PM it was sadly not worth going. However, if I could have seen into the future to know my dad would be home an hour late, I would have gone.

“WWE Battleground”

OK I sadly did not see this pay-per-view, but here are the results. Adam Rose with Layla and Summer Rae as support defeated Fandango. Cameron defeated her former partner Naomi. The Usos defeated The Wyatt Family in a two-out-of-three Falls Tag Team Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Divas Champion and Geek Goddess AJ Lee defeated Paige, while wear a awesome new green t-shirt. Rusev somehow manage to defeat Jack Swagger. Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose by forfeit. Chris Jericho kicked Bray Wyatt butt for the win. The Miz somehow won the 19-Man Battle Royal for the vacant WWE Intercontinental Championship. And finally John Cena won Fatal 4-Way Match, defeating Kane, Randy Orton and Roman Reigns to retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

"AJ and the WWE"

The night after AJ kicked Paige’s butt, they teamed up together to face the team of Emma and Natalya. They won the match and when they were celebrating, Paige brutally attacked AJ. Due to the injuries received on Raw AJ was not on Smackdown this week, but Paige claims that they are still friends. BS!

Also I have a feeling that AJ’s husband, CM Punk, has lost the plot at SDCC.

Gaming with Neoscream: 27th July 2014

Welcome to “Gaming with Neoscream”. This is my weekly gaming report and event write up post for miniature games, RPGs, card games and computer games.

“This Week's Events”

On Thursday I went to York House for HeroClix. The Scenario was "Street Level". Sadly Michael could not make it at the last minute. If we had known before hand we would push the Scenario back another week and played Zombicide instead I am wanting to play the new mission "Subway Clearance". Well anyway on the first round I was up against Darren S. He was using a Heroes for Hire themed team. Adrian had the bye. Due to a couple of stupid mistakes and feel like I was in losing procession, for some reason I really started to feel depress. Before I got too depressed I forfeited. Later after discussing it with Darren S, I really should have continued as it was still anyone's game as him did not have high damage values. I do not normally quite as there is always hope for some points, but I did not like how depress I was feeling.
On the second round I was up against Adrian. He was using a Gotham City themed team. Darren S got the bye. This game things went better and I won.
Soon I will be at this point
On the third and final round I got the bye while Darren S faced Adrian. Darren defeated Adrian’s team but it was a figure due to the number of perplexes Adrian had and the damage values of both teams.
Next week should be "Deadpool Corps.". 500 points. At least one figure must have the Deadpool Corps. keyword or have the name Deadpool.

With Persona 4 this week I have playing more more than last week but not much more. I have done the Secret Base dungeon a second time, I have finished the Heaven dungeon and gotten passed the first opportunity for the BAD ending and I am almost at the second opportunity for the BAD ending.

Neoscream's Life: 14th to 20th July 2014

Geze
Welcome to the Neoscream's Life post. This is a weekly post of some of the things I have done during last week and news on the great Geek Goddess, AJ.

“Life”

This week had been a bit chaotic at work. One of the key kitchen staff quite and someone that most people did not get a long with had been promoted. This has led to my friend Marisa will be returning to her staying in our store when her store has finished being refitted.

"AJ and the WWE"

On Raw AJ was is action Eva Marie while Paige was on commentary. AJ won her match and then had a nice little chat with Paige.

AJ was also on Smackdown. She was in tag team action with her partner Paige. They were up against the dancing team of Summer Rae and Layla. AJ saw a winning opportunity, so she tagged herself in and won the match. It looked like Paige was explode on AJ over the tag, but somehow she managed to hold it back and they hugged.

The WWE pay-per-viaw Battleground will be covered in next week’s post. However I do know that I missed a major match when listing known matches. The Royal Rumble or was it Battle Royale for the Intercontinental Championship which Bad News Barrett had to give up due to injuries. Get well soon Wade and reclaim your title.

Gaming with Neoscream: 20th July 2014

Welcome to “Gaming with Neoscream”. This is my weekly gaming report and event write up post for miniature games, RPGs, card games and computer games.

“This Week's Events”

On Monday I went down to Wargames Workshop MK for some Zombicide. We played mission nine (Might Makes Right) from Season One three time sadly we last each time. But we the last game we were close. We were using pure Season One rule to be ready for next month’s tournament, however will did add the other survivors to it to bulk up the choses.

There was no HeroClix this week due to one the brothers not being able to make it. However we did have a game of Zombicide. We played mission six (Rescue Mission) from Prison Outbreak. It was a long game with a ton of Abominations. We lost, like normal. We were use Prison Outbreak, Toxic City, both dogs and the survivors and Zombies from Season One.

On Saturday I went down to Wargames Workshop MK for this month’s Warmachine/Hordes tournament. Every one had to bring two tier lists of at least tier two. We had fourteen players this time, but for Warmachine/Hordes this was a low turnout.
In the first round I was up against Paul. He was using Menoth force lead by Feora (Protector of the Flame) while I was using my Maidens of Gears list. My Maidens of Gears list was a list I was not too happy, but as we had to at least use both lists thought out the tournament I decided to get it out of the way now. Sadly I lost, but I did not have high hopes for this list in the first place.
The next round I was up against Ed. He was using a Cygnar force with Haley leading it. From here on I was using my The Great Machine list. Sadly Haley's Telekinesis screwed me over, however ever she did have to waste focus on in as she kept on missing the first attempt at.
After a lunch break we started the third round and I was up against Matt. He was using a fantastically painted Menoth force lead by Grand Exemplar Kreoss. The fight was a tough one but Forge Master Syntherion did stand his ground, however we ran out of time and he won by control points.
As the tournament had a clear winner after round three, which was Paul, the tournament ended. I luckily did not get lost play this time. This was due to losing to the tournament winner.
Afterwards was talking to Ian (the one who was running the event) and I learnt that the Maintenance Phase and Control Phase are not meant to be part of the timed turn. This will save me a lot of time in the future as both Aurora’s and Syntherion’s have time eating effects during the Control Phase.

With Persona 4 this week I have have not been playing much. only just unlocked the Heaven dungeon. However I did great to play some more Persona 4 Arena. I managed to complete the first half of Yu's story line (which unlocked both Kanji's and Teddy's story lines) and complete Kanji's story line (sadly I did not unlock any more story lines, but it was a laugh a moment).
With the Let’s Play I made a major mistake in last week’s post. By time I had posted it I had finished watching the Let’s Play, but I forgot to update the post for what I wrote on the Saturday morning before.
