Gaming with Neoscream: 10th November 2014

Welcome to “Gaming with Neoscream”. This is my weekly gaming report and event write up post for miniature games, RPGs, card games and computer games. Sorry for being a day later than normal.

“This Week's Events”

On Monday this week I went to Wargames Workshop MK. I had a game of Dreadball against Bob. I was trying out the new thirteenth team, the Martians. Bob was using the Teraton team. It was a close game, however the Teraton just win. They are an interesting and I might use them more in casual play, but maybe not tournament play yet.

On Friday I popped down to Wargames Workshop MK again for some High Command. Sadly only me and Ian were able to turn up as the others were away for a local Fireworks display. This month's special format (which we will be using next month too) was instead of picking twelve cards from three chosen colours, players pick six cards from each colour. I put together two decks, one Convergence and one Menoth. Ian only had a Trollblood deck done for this format. We had three games, two with Convergence and one with Menoth. I won both my games with Convergence, but I lost the game with my Menoth. I am really enjoying using Convergence. With the format being the same next month I can make a couple of minor changes to the decks to make them more fitting

Until next time, Keep Rolling.
