Pokémon Emerald Episode Two, The Fightless Gym

Gold Dust the Ralts
Before I start the story I like to point out that I realised the the I miss spelled my Ralts' name. It should have been Goldust and not Gold Dust. Never mind. There is always the re-namer.

At the beginning of the second day of Maxwell's journey to become a Pokémon Master, Maxwell decided to do some heavy-duty training as he travels to Petalburg City on route 103. He bait and switched with Gold Dust until he was level 6 were he leaned his first attack move Confusion. Max then trained Kofi to level 8 where he leaned Absorb. With all that training done Maxwell decided to battle a youngster called Calvin. Calvin was a new trainer just like Maxwell but he only had a Poochyena. As Maxwell had Gold Dust out on front he had to change to Triple H as Gold Dust's only attack does not work on dark type Pokémon which Poochyena is. Triple H wanted roast hog for dinner but Calvin recalled his Poochyena quickly be Triple H could bit it. Luckily the fact that he was out at all cause Gold Dust level up to level 7. Maxwell then fought Bug Catcher Rick who use two Wurmples which Maxwell won but had to clean of the sticky white stuff that was all over his Pokémon.
Kofi the Lotad
Perverted Wurmple he cried. He then decided to do a bit more training and got Gold Dust to level 8 before battling Youngster Allen who had a Zigzagoon and a Taillow. In the battle Triple H leveled up to level 11. Maxwell then spotted some berry trees. He gained two Oran berries and two Pecha berries from the berry trees. A lass called Tiana challenged Maxwell to a Pokémon battle. She only had a Zigzagoon and a Shroomish. Maxwell won the battle and Kofi leveled up to level 9. Not knowing he was at the door step of Petalburg City, Maxwell headed back to Oldale Town to heal his Pokémon at the Poké Center. After healing Maxwell head back to route 103 to do some heavy training. He got Gold Dust to level 9, Ted to level 7, Triple H to level 12 and Kaitlyn to level 5. Also Kaitlyn leaned Poison Sting. He finally arrived at Petalburg City, his old home town. Maxwell popped into dad's gym to challenge him, but he said he would only accept a challenge from Maxwell when Maxwell gains four or more gym badges as he does not want it to look like a gift. Norman then asked Maxwell if he could help a kid called Josh to catcher a Pokémon using a random Zigzagoon he lent to Josh.
Josh
Maxwell agreed and they headed off to the nearest grassy area to capture a Pokémon. Josh was lucky as the first Pokémon he found was a Ralts. After weakening it with the Zigzagoon, against what Maxwell was telling him Josh recalled the Zigzagoon and attempt to finish of the capture by him self. Maxwell quickly grabbed the pokéball with Kofi in it as he could see things going wrong, however Josh somehow managed to capture the Ralts. This went against everything Maxwell know about Pokémon. You never deal with wild Pokémon without a Pokémon by your side. Damn lucky brat Maxwell thought to himself. After say good bye to his father, Maxwell spotted an old guy standing by a fence that surrounded the local hot spiring. Maxwell thought he was crying so he walked up to him calling out , "Are you okay?." The guy turned round unveiling a hole in the fench. "Shhhhh, your disturbing my research," he said quietly.
Abid
He then turned to look though the hole again to find it had been covered up from the other said. Maxwell was about to walk away when the old guy ran up to him asking if Maxwell was a Pokémon trainer. Maxwell replied yes ans the guy introduced him as Abid, a talent scout. He hand Max a card and then he went off. When Maxwell finally got to route 104 to go to the next gym, quickly trained Kofi to level 10 before challenging the trainers on the route. The first trainer he battled was a youngest called Billy. He seemed quite nerdes and wear many blue cloths. He used a Zigzagoon and a Seedot. During the battle Gold Dust leveled up to level 10. Maxwell's next trainer battle was against a fisherman called Darian who used a Magikarp. This was a nightmare of a battle nearly wiping out Maxwell's whole team, NOT. Maxwell then found some berry bushs and gained two Pecha berries and two Oran berries. After training Ted to level 8, Maxwell found and catched a new Pokémon, Marill. He named it Booker T. Now with six Pokémon, he battled a lady called Cindy. She was quite pissed off, as there was a peeping at the hot spring she had just came from. Abid. Maxwell battled her Zigzagoon with Booker T and won. Booker T leveled up to 6 and leaned Tail Wage from the battle and with a bit of extra training Maxwell got Booker T to level 7.
Youngest Billy
Maxwell then headed back to the Poké center in Petalburg City to heal up his Pokémon. After that he returned to route 106, Maxwell found and catched a Taillow, which he called Rey. As he already had six Pokémon on him, it went into storage. He headed back to the Poké center to change out Kaitlyn for Rey. Maxwell did some heavy-duty training on Rey which raised Rey from level 5 to level 8, which Rey leaned Quick Attack during the course. As it was getting late and the Poké Center had closed for the night, Maxwell camped outside the entered of Petalburg Wood.
