Pokémon Emerald Episode Four, Gym Battle One

Roxanne the Rustboro Gym Leader

The next day, Maxwell got to the Rustboro Gym bright and early to challenge the rock type gym leader Roxanne. She was fired up to fight as she could no catch Abid. Roxanne stared the battle by sending out her Geodude and Maxwell responded by sending out his Gold Dust. So the fight began.

Gold Dust use Confusion.
Geodude used Rock Tomb which slowed down Gold Dust.
Geodude used Rock Tomb which knocked out Gold.
Maxwell then sent out Ted.
Ted used Headbutt.
Geodude used Rock Tomb.
Ted used Headbutt.
Geodude used Rock Tomb and missed with it.
Ted used Headbutt.
Geodude used Rock Tomb which knocked out Ted.
Maxwell then sent out Rey.
Rey used Peck.
Geodude used Rock Tomb which knocked out Rey.
Maxwell then sent out Triple H.
Triple H use Ember and critical hit with it which knocked out Geodude.
Roxanne then sent out another Geodude.
Triple H used Ember.
Geodude 2 used Rock Tomb which slowed down Triple H.
Triple H used Ember.
Geodude 2 used Rock Tomb which knocked out Triple H.
Maxwell then sent out Kofi.
Roxanne heals her Geodude 2.
Kofi used Bullet Seed which hit twice.
Roxanne heals her Geodude 2.
Kofi used Bullet Seed which hit three times which knocked out the second Geodude.
Kofi leveled up to 13 and learned Nature Power instead of Growl.
Roxanne then sends out Nosepass.
Maxwell decided to change to Booker T.
Nosepass use Block.
Booker T used Water Gun.
Nosepass used Harden.
Booker T used Water Gun.
Nosepass used Tackle.
Booker used Water Gun.
Nosepass used its Oran Berry and then used Tackle.
Booker T used Water Gun.
Nosepass used Rock Tomb which missed.
Booker used Water Gun.
Nosepass used Rock Tomb which knocked out Booker T.
Maxwell sent out his Pokémon Kofi.
Nosepass used Block.
Kofi used Bullet Seed which hit three times and knocked out Nosepass.
Kofi leveled up to 14.

Kofi the Lombre

Roxanne ended up losing the battle. She gave Maxwell a Stone Badge and the TM Rock Tomb. Then Kofi evolves into a Lombre out of the blue. Maxwell left the gym and headed back to the Poké Center to heal up. After healing Maxwell trained Ted how to use Cut instead of Growl. On the way to do some more training, Maxwell spotted a member of Team Aqua run off from the Devon Corporation with some stolen goods. Maxwell followed him into route 116 were he had to battle a large number of trainers. The first battled was against a youngester called Joey who use a Machop. During the battle Gold Dust leveled up to 12. Maxwell then battled a School Kid called Karen who used a Shroomish. Rey leveled up to 10 after the battle. Next Maxwell battled a Hiker called Clark who had a Geodude. During the battle Ted leveled up to level 10. after that Maxwell battled a Youngester called Johnson who used a Shroomish and a Lotad. Triple H leveled up to level 15 by the end of the fight. Maxwell next battled a Hiker called Devan who used two Geodudes. During the battle Gold Dust levelled up to 13. After that Maxwell battled a Lady called Sarah who had a Lotad and a Zigzagoon and a Rich Boy called Dawson who had a Zigzagoon and a Poochyena in a double battle. Both Booker T and Rey levelled up to 11 by the end of the fighting. Then Maxwell had a double Battle against a School Kid called Jerry who used a Ralts and a Lass called Janice who used a Marill. After all the battles Maxwell found some berry trees. He pick some Pinap berries and Chesto berries. Due to wild battles, Ted levelled up to level 11. Maxwell spotted an old man called Mr. Briney, out sidea cave. Maxwell asked him has he seen a One Piece want to be. Mr. Briney replied that he saw a guy who looked like that who had stolen his Pokémon and ran into Rusturf Tunnel.
