DreamClix Endless Updates, the 7th to the 13th of November

Hi all, there has not been much new in this week's update apart from a feat card for IS. All it was really was adding missing dials and fixing mistakes. Here is the feat:

Legend - Cost: ?. Prerequisite: Can not have Willpower or Support. Choose a character. One per game you can give this character a double power action, all adjacent friendly characters to this characters heals one click of health. After the action deal one click of unavoidable damage this character.

Next week and the next several week's should be just adding the Blade anime dials to the Marvel Animes section. Just a quick warning, in December I will be dropping to one update a week due to how busy I get at Christmas time.

Now for the two new dial ideas. This will drop to new during December. This week is Mackey Stingray from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 and Meg from Burst Angel.

First is Mackey Stingray from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040. Mackey is initially introduced as Sylia's younger brother, and is depicted as being a naïve, inquisitive and awkward young man who loves machinery and computers. He eventually forms a relationship with Nene. As the series progresses, it is revealed that he is actually a Boomer, an early development very similar to Galatea and thus closely related to Sylia, and that although a boomer he is very close to human. He should have Support and Perplex. He should have about four clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 8, Attack 9, Defense 17, Damage 1 and Range 0. He should not have a TA and his keywords should be Knight Sabers and Robot.

Meg has red hair (although in her first appearance chronologically in episode 14: "Wild Kids", she is portrayed as having black hair due to the monochrome setting) and dresses like a cowgirl. She carries a small revolver, and, at times, a large anti-tank rifle. Meg is highly prone to be captured only to be rescued by Jo. She is the very best of friends with Jo and is 100% loyal only to her. Also, Meg was once an orphan in New York City with several other children until she encountered Jo. Since then, Meg and Jo teamed up and became bounty hunters. The other children appeared to have been adopted by a police officer. After she finds out Jo's origin, she feels that Jo should no longer fight. Jo however knocks her out and leaves her jacket to her. At the end of the series, Meg makes her way to the ruined RAPT HQ and sees Jo's scarf hanging on a piece of debris. Meg then says her final goodbye to Jo. The final scene shows Meg in Jo's outfit, in a scene very much paralleling the beginning of the opening titles, only with a Orange Django behind her. She should have a special called "Anti-Tank Rifle", Stealth, Energy Shield Deflection, Willpower and Enhance.
Anti-Tank Rifle: Give Meg a power action, she can make a range attack at double her Range and Damage value. All damage dealt in this attack is penetrating.
She should have about six clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 9, Attack 10, Defense 17, Damage 2 and Range 5 with two targets. Her TA should be a Burst Angel one which sadly I am not designing yet and her keywords should be Bailan and Spy.

Well that is it for now. Until next time, have fun.
