HeroClix Special, Halloween Stills the Fireworks

Welcome to another week of HeroClix. The previews for this week were Ghost Rider and two Punishers (one with a handgun and another with an assault rifle) from the Incredible Hulk set; and Black Rider and Ringwraith from the Lord of the Rings set. They also posted a Halloween Special Object and Feat.

Sadly there was no HeroClix this week, so the Fireworks day event will happen next week. For those who do not know it is, 400 points, at least two characters must have Energy Explosion somewhere on their dial. I have made my team, however I will not revile it yet.

Now for DreamClix. This week I will be doing ideas for Kukaku Shiba and the Koganehiko and Shiroganehiko duo from Bleach; Proto from Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex; Cheetara from Thundercats; Nigel Kirkland from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040; and Sanji from One Piece. But first here are the dial designs for Yuti, Solanin and Jararl from the Blade anime; Ganju Shiba and Kaien Shiba from Bleach; and a worker Boomer from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040.

Next is Kukaku Shiba from Bleach. Kukaku is an ill-tempered fireworks expert and the somewhat authoritative older sister of Ganju. She lives with her family in flamboyant, ridiculously themed houses (which she changes in design and location regularly) on the outskirts of the Soul Society. She is missing her right arm. Kukaku is the head of the Shiba family, which fell from status of nobility after her brother Kaien, died. Because they knew only that Kaien was killed by a Soul Reaper, both Kukaku and Ganju are distrustful of Soul Reapers when first introduced. After Kaien's killer, Rukia Kuchiki, explains how he died and apologies, the Shibas makes amends. Kukaku seems to have some kind of relationship with the Urahara Shop, knowing Yoruichi Shihõin and claiming to have worked with Kisuke Urahara in the past. She should have a special called "Fireworks Master", Energy Explosion, Smoke Cloud, Toughness, Willpower and Leadership.
Fireworks Master: If Kukaku is adjacent to Ganju, you may give her a power action. Ganju can use the carry ability and Phasing. If Ganju uses the carry ability, he can carry up to six characters but can not carry Kukaku.
She should have about six clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 7, Attack 9, Defense 17, Damage 2 and Range 4 with one target. She should not have a TA and her keywords should be Shiba Clan and Ruler.

Next is the Koganehiko and Shiroganehiko duo from Bleach. They are the Shiba family's house guards and Kukaku's assistants. They should have a special called "Kukaku's Muscle", the duo symbol, Super Strength and Toughness.
Kukaku's Muscle: Koganehiko and Shiroganehiko can use the carry ability, but they can only carry characters called Kukaku. If Kukaku is adjacent to them they gain a +1 to their Attack value and Kukaku gains a +1 to her Defense value.
They should have about five clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 6, Attack 9, Defense 16, Damage 3 and Range 0. They should not have a TA and their keywords should be Shiba Clan and Brute. The next Bleach dial idea should be Jidanbo Ikkanzaka.

Next is Proto from Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex. Proto is one of Section 9's new recruits in the second season. Proto is only (prototype) bioroid member and was the Tachikoma's maintenance technician before becoming one of the new recruits. During the Dejima crisis Proto played a key role in helping Aramaki rescue Prime Minister Yoke Kayabuki, who had been relieved of her duty and arrested under charges of treason. Proto managed to gain access to the net, where he communicated with Section 9's Tachikoma units. Though them Proto was able to gain building blueprints and up-to-date information on Section 9's Dejima operation, as well as the location of the Prime Minister, before an attack barrier disabled him. He should have two specials called "Technician" and "Bodyguard" as well as Willpower.
Technician: Proto can use Support, but only on characters with the Robot keyword.
Bodyguard: Give Proto a power action and choose a friendly character adjacent to him. The choose character gains a +2 to their Defence value until until the beginning of your next turn as long as they stay adjacent to Proto.
He should have about four or five clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 9, Attack 9, Defense 17, Damage 2 and Range 4 with one target. He should not have a TA and his keywords should be Section 9 and Robot. The next Ghost in the Shell idea should be Kubota.

Next is Cheetara from Thundercats. She is a member of the Thundercats and the third to join She is the eldest of the two females in the group, the youngest being WilyKit. She is a cleric whose skills take advantage of her immense speed. she wields a staff, but US also adept at fighting unarmed. She should have Hyper Sonics, Charge, Super Senses and a special called "Staff Wielding".
Staff Wielding: Cheetara can use Flurry.
She should have about six clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 14, Attack 10, Defense 18, Damage 2 and Range 0. She should have the Thundercats TA and her keywords should be Animal, Mystical and Thunderian. The next Thundercats idea should be a WilyKit and WilyKat duo.

Next is Nigel Kirkland from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040. A former engineer, Nigel worked on the Boomer Project with Sylia's father and Brian J. Mason, then later helped Sylia design and build the hard suits. Now a mechanic, he helps maintain the hard suits and the Knight Sabers vehicles. He is romanticlly involved with Sylia, but because of his quiet, sullen nature he is called the "man of a thousand grunts" by other characters and his true feelings for Sylia are unknown. Mickey, Sylia's younger brother, becomes his protege and one of the few people Nigel seems to consider a friend. At the beginning of the series, Priss appears to be infatuated with him, though he does not react to her flirtations. However, her later creates a "Motorslave" specifically for her that, using Night's voice, says it wishes to protect Priss.  She is also the only team member he shows any concern about when she is injured and appears to be bothered by her ignoring him. He should have a special called "Technician".
Technician: Nigel Kirkland can use Support as if he has a Attack value of 10, but he can only use Support on characters with ever the Armour, the Robot or the Vehicle keywords.
He should have about four of health and starting combat values of Movement 8, Attack 8, Defense 16, Damage 1 and Range 0. He should not have a TA and his kyeyword should be Knight Sabers. The next Bubblegum Crisis idea should be Mickey Stingray.

Lastly we have Sanji from One Piece. Sanji, nicknamed "Black Leg" Sanji is the Straw Hat Pirates' cook. He knows how it feels to starve from first hand experience, so he will never refuse someone a meal. He has a strong sense of chivalry, because of which, he will never harm a woman, even if he dies. Sanji also seems to keep this code regardless of a woman's appearance. His dream is to find the "All Blue", a legendary sea, containing every kind of fish in the world. Sanji only uses kicks while fighting. He said that this is because a chef's hands are his most prized possessions and should not be risked in battle. His fighting style resembles the capoeira. He should have Flurry, Force Blast, Quake, Combat Reflexes, Close Combat Expert and Exploit Weakness. He should have about six of health and starting combat values of Movement 8, Attack 10, Defense 18, Damage 2 and Range 0. He should have the Straw Hat Crew TA and his keyword should bec Pirate, Pirate Chief and Straw Hat Crew. The next One Piece idea should be Zeff.

Well that is it for this week. Until next time, have fun.
