DreamClix 7, Brook's New Cassette

Welcome to the all new DreamClix 7. This is where I post ideas and rough dial designs of HeroClix figure based on random Manga, TV Shows and computer games. Also there is a  my 7TV team update (now once a week and tagged onto this post) and in the future I am also plan on doing some house rules and self made Special Effects, Extras and Guest Stars. Oh and update news of changes to the DreamClix Dials Page.

This weeks special is One Piece. This week DreamClix ideas are Mini Buggy, Large Meat Eating Bird and its babies from One Piece; and both modes of Soundwave from Transformers G1.

First off is Mini Buggy from One Piece. This version of Buggy is from the Buggy cover stories that ran from chapter 35 to chapter 75. In this version he should have the "Chop-Chop Fruit" trait, Plasticity, Perplex, Shape Change and a special called "Allies From Out of Nowhere".
Allies From Out of Nowhere: At the beginning of your turn choose one adjacent friendly character. That character and Buggy gains the Wild Card team ability.
He should have about six clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 7, Attack 8, Defence 18, Damage 1 and Range 0. He should have the Buggy Pirates and Devil Fruit User team abilities and the keywords Buggy Pirates, Pirate and Devil Fruit User.

Next is a Large Meat Eating Bird from One Piece. This large bird tried eating Buggy after Buggy tried eating her chicks. It should have Charge, the Giant symbol, the flight Defend and a trait called "Family".
Family: As you reveal your force, you may place in your starting area two #OP-B01 Large Chick bystander tokens. Large Meat Eating Bird  gains a plus one to its Attack and Damage values for each Large Chick adjacent to it or an opposing character.
She should have four clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 11, Attack 10, Defence 18, Damage 2 and Range 0. She should not have any team abilities and she should have the keyword Animal.

Next is the Large Chick Bystander Token from One Piece. They should have Plasticity, and starting combat values of Speed 10, Attack 8, Defence 15, Damage 1 and Range 0. The next One Piece idea should be a generic weird/rare animal from the inland Gaimon is on.

Next is Soundwave from Transformers G1. Soundwave is one of Megatron's most reliable troops, and he has positioned himself comfortably and irreplaceably in the Decepticon upper command structure. Though "only" Communications Officer, Soundwave stands at Megatron's side as a confidant, comparable in rank to Starscream and Shockwave, but unlike them, entirely loyal to his leader. Though stoic and possessed of little outward personality (as evidenced by his monotone computer-style speech), Soundwave is not without drives: he has worked hard to get where he is, and he guards his place in the Decepticon hierarchy fiercely. On top of hearing all in his role as Communications Officer and Decepticon spy-master, he is actually capable of "reading minds" by scanning and decoding the electrical impulses that comprise "thoughts" in both organics and Cybertronians, and he will not hesitate to use what he learns as blackmail to keep himself high in Megatron's esteem. As such, Soundwave is not popular among the rank-and-file Decepticons, who see him as a two-faced snake and wouldn't mind abandoning him on the battlefield—if they thought Megatron would let them get away with it. Soundwave commands an ever-growing legion of cassette troops to carry out tasks big and small. Stored within his signature chest compartment and called forth on Soundwave's whim with a push of a button, these miniature menaces are most commonly employed as spies for either the Decepticon cause or Soundwave's personal objectives, but are just as effective as warriors, and are entirely devoted to their master. They are also not Soundwave's only diminutive partners: as an Action Master, he is partnered with Wingthing. In various universes, Soundwave is upgraded into Soundblaster, a black repaint version of him. Like normal for transformers there will be a robot mode and a vehicle mode, both with the Transform trait. First of lets look at his robot mode. He should have an additional trait called "Eject", a special called "Loyal Minions", the giant symbol, Psychic Blast, Pulse Wave, Perplex, Probability Control, Invulnerability, Toughness and Energy Shield Deflect.
Eject: Give Soundwave a power action. Place a character with both the Decepticon and Cassette keywords from outside of the game in an adjacent square on their orange starting line.
Loyal Minions: Soundwave can use Leadership. When he uses Leadership to remove an action token, he my class friendly characters with the Cassette keyword that are within eight squares of his as being adjacent to him.
He should have about seven clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 9, Attack 10, Defence 18, Damage 3 and Range 7 with three targets. He should have the Decepticon team ability and the keywords Robot, Spy and Decepticon. Now let's look at his Cassette Player mode. He should have the "Eject" trait, the tiny symbol, Pulse Wave, Probability Control and Shape Change. He should have about seven clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 0, Attack 10, Defence 19, Damage 1 and Range 7 with three targets. He should have the Decepticons team ability and the keywords Spy and Decepticon. I am considering giving his Cassette Player mode the Past keyword as it is past technology. The next Transformers G1 idea should be Bumblebee.

Next week's special will be the Other Section. Now for this week's Dial Designs which are the vehicle mode of Jazz from Transformers G1; Aiber from Death Note; Don Krieg from One Piece; and the duo Pilot/Support card of Zero from Code Geass.

Now for the DreamClix Dial Design Page updates. This week I added (or will be adding after this post) the Hogwarts School team ability, four missing Other section dials, five missing CosmicBreak dials and all the new designs from this post.

Now for this week's 7TV Teams. This week is the upgraded 200 rating Section Nine team. there is no new characters in this upgrade. Instead Saito and Togusa have been promoted from extras to Co-Stars. Here is the full, updated version of my Section 9 team.
