Welcome to
the MK HeroClix post. This is a weekly post with HeroClix news and results of
Thursday's HeroClix game at MK Wargames Society at York House. This week there
were previews of Skitter and Death Mask from DC Teen Titans; Elven Warrior and
Elven Archer from the Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring; and Bat-Mite
from the 2013 Conventions Exclusives. The next set after DC Teen Titans and
Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring will be Marvel Wolverine and the
X-Men. On personal news Adventures Gate had sent me the brick of Marvel Iron
Man 3, but as it was sent to my mum’s place of work and the fact she is off
work this week, I will not be getting it until next week.
This week’s
game was Iron Man 3. 800 points, four actions, you must have an Iron Man. I
decided to use some of the figures I got from the Iron Man 3 starter set. I
ended up with a non theme team who were:

This was a
close game again, but I manage to win it. Also Darren won his game against
Michael. Over all this week I got second place with the lowest amount of
Victory Points
Next week's
game should be the first week of a three week campaign that I am calling “Thought
The Decades”. Pick a character. On the first week it will be 400 points, no
figure over 100 points including add-ons, you must have the chosen character at
Rookie level. On the second week it will be 500 points, no figure over 200
points, you must have the chosen character at Experience level. And finally on
the third and final week it will be 600 points, no figure over 200 points, you
must have the chosen character at Veteran level. Everybody who knows me and
that reads this blog should know the character I will choose.
