Neoscream's Life: 7th to 13th October 2013

RX-110 Gabthley (Mobile Armour mode)
Welcome to the Neoscream's Life post. This is a weekly post of some of the things I have done last week and news on the great Geek Goddess, AJ Lee.

“Life”

At collage last week we had a different teacher than normal. Our teacher was still off sick so we had to have a substitute. The main reason why we did not have a substitute the week before was that it was too last moment to get one in. Our teacher will not be in this week ever due to his sickness but hopefully he will be back next week.  Last week we finish the first for twelve segment week we will have a mini test on it at the start of this week lesson.

There was no coffee this week as Darren could not make it and Richard was sick. I was planning on seeing that I could get a game of DreadBall Ultimate with them on Sunday, but due to my third shipment not arriving YET, I could not (plus I do not know if they were free in the first place).

The results of the Hasslefree Sculpting Competition 2012 are finally here. The winner of the Fantasy Category was Griselda the Stern by Tom Emmett and the runner up was Bridget by Alessio Cisbani. Never voted for ever, but both were good figures. The winner of the Modern Category (if you could call it modern) was Majest by Steve Shaw and the runner up was Whisper by Cindy Dukino. I never voted on Majest as she felt like she was in the wrong category. She would fit a Past/History category better if there was one. Whisper felt more like she should have been in the Fantasy category, however there was something about this figure I like and I ended up voting for it.  Lastly the winner of the Sci-Fi Category was Steampunk Gina by Jack Sutter and the runner up was Cyberbelle Suzi by Rebecca Eley. Steampunk Gina was a great looking figure and was a close contented. Cyberbelle Suzi was a nice figure that was ruined by the gas mask. From what I understand standard (due to changes to the rules) the winners will get resin figure of their winning entry and a £50 vouchers for the Hasslefree Miniatures store. The runner ups will get a resin figure of their winning entry and a £25 vouchers for the Hasslefree Miniatures store. Everyone who entered (including the winners and runner ups) will get one set of all the winning and runner ups figures (one set per person, not per entry) in metal and metal versions of any of their figures that have been chosen for production. (This will be repeated in the "Gaming with Neoscream" post.)

“AJ Lee (and WWE)”

First off let us talk about Night of Champions. The Kickoff Match which I never got to see was Dolph Ziggler verses Damien Sandow. Dolph won. Next was the World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio verses Rob Van Dam. After a brutal match sadly RVD had to tap out from the cross arm breaker. Next there was the match between the Real Americans and the team of Santino Marella and the Great Khali. Due to a low blow the Real Americans won. Then there was the match between the Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel and R-Truth. Again sadly Curtis won the match. Next was the Biggest March of the event, Divas Champion AJ Lee verses Brie Bella. The Geek Goddess won the match. Finally a good result. Brie should pay attention to the match and not outside the ring. Then there was the match between the Rhodes Family and the Shield. With a major victory the Rhodes Family are BACK. Then there was Kofi Kingston verses Bray Wyatt. Sadly Bray won the match. Next is the match between CM Punk and the newest Heyman guy, Ryback. LOL. Punk won from a low blow. So Punk found the soft spot. And the secondary main match (ok THE main match as AJ's match was not really the main match) Daniel Bryan verses Randy Orton for the WWE Championship. There was no winner as the Big Show KO punch both of them and two refs. This led to Big Show being fired the next night on Raw at the start of the show. But this did not stop Big Show coming out at the end of Raw to KO punch Triple H.

AJ was originally planned to be on Raw last week, but she was sent home by medics. She was suffering from headaches, balance problems and problems with memory recall ever since her match against Brie. The doctors therefore, diagnosed her with a concussion and told her to rest and not do anything either physically or psychologically strenuous. This happened where she struck her head against the turnbuckle during the match. There was retests on Friday (not 100% sure if it was Friday) and she was still showing some symptoms. Let’s hope she gets better soon.
