On Wednesday I worked from 9:50AM to 3PM. I played a little bit of Star Trek Online before and after work. I am just half a level from becoming a Lieutenant Commander now. Also I replaced the Saurian (sorry stated the wrong race in last week's post) Engineering Officer with the female human officer from the starter pack. I went out at 7PM to meet up with Jake and Richard before meeting up with others from Verity's birthday. We were meet to be going blowing, but no one booked a line in advance and it was fully book, or at less booked up for the time we needed it for. When I got home I had a crack at leveling my character Lieutenant Commander, which I manage to do. Now at Lieutenant Commander I received a new ship. After a lot of thinking I decided to go for the Escort class ship line and promoted Rei to a Lieutenant.

At coffee on Saturday this week was Darren H and Richard. Afterwards before I left for work we popped into Waterstones and HMV. I had to fight back the urge to buy Final Fantasy XIII-2. Must finish the first one first. I worked from 12PM to 4:30PM. As we were busy today the manager asked me if I could work on Sunday as Sunday will probably be busy too. As there was no role-play this week I was fine with coming in, more hours equal more money. On the why home home I had a message appear on my tablet saying that there was OS update available to download. So I downloaded it. After a long time downloading and installing the update (well long for that kind of thing on the tablet), I found they upgraded the Android OS on the HTC Flyer from 2.4 to 3.2.1. WOW, a major upgrade. The only problems I have with the update are that the off screen light up buttons for Back, Home and Menu have been removed from activity and replaced with on screen versions which was a little hard to get use to; the auto type selection has been reduced to only three words on the screen at once so I found I need to type more of the word; and the fact I had to waste time re-adding app short cuts and widgets to the main displays. In the evening I played some Star Trek Online. Also as I was leaving work it started snowing, but not much as at first. However by time I went to bed it was about half an inch thick on the ground and till snowing.
