DreamClix Special, Geass and Maps

Welcome to another Dreamclix Special. That right no Heroclix this week as Darren called off this week on Tuesday. Next when's game will be what this week's ment to be, 500 points, three actions and no figure over 100 points.

Now for the HeroClix news for the week. This week there were previews of Carmine Falcone and Falcone Bodyguard from DC The Dark Knight Rises; Genis-vell and Mrs. Marvel from Marvel Chaos Wars; Iron Man and Masque from the Gravity Feed for Marvel Chaos Wars; and convention prize support Venom. Also all the dials for DC The Dark Knight Rises were reviled in the Units section of HCRealms.

With the news done, now we can more onto this week's larger DreamClix section. This week I am doing ideas for a Sea King colossal figure from One Piece, a MS-05 Zaku I from the original Mobile Suit Gundam, a map for Bleach, map for Ghost in the Shell, a duo figure of Light and L from Death Note and a Pilot card for Kaname Ohgi from Code Geass. But first I have designs of Soul from Soul Eater, the Raven form of Mumm-ra from Thundercats, a Criminal Mastermind from Ghost in the Shell, the armoured version of Sylia Stingray from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040 answer a standard Tank from Code Geass.

Next is a Sea King colossal figure from One Piece. Sea Kings also known as Neptunians in the English manga, are sea creatures which are generally much larger than normal sea creatures. They are found in great numbers along the Calm Belt around the Grand Line, although in rare occasions they can be found in other places throughout the world. They should have the Colossal symbol, Swim symbol, Earthquake, Impervious, Toughness, Indomitable, Incapacitate, a special called "Splash" and a trait called "Sea Creature".
Splash: Sea King can use Pulse Wave as if it has a range value of 6 if its whole base is base is in Water Terrain.
Sea Creature: If none of Sea King's base is in Water Terrain then Sea King suffers a -2 to all its Combat Values.
They should have about fourteen clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 9, Attack 11, Defence 18, Damage 5 and Range 0. They should not have a team ability and they should have the the keywords of Animal and Monster. The next One Piece idea should be a map.

Next is a MS-05 Zaku I from the original Mobile Suit Gundam. By the outbreak of the One Year War the MS-05 Zaku was five years old and largely considered obsolete. The Mobile suit was developed as first combat production suit, but it was soon superseded by the MS-06C Zaku II. After that it was phased out and mainly consigned to auxiliary duties such as, training, construction and supply duties. The Zaku I however, has an infamous history as it was used by the Zeon Marines in gassing of colony populations and in preparing these colonies for their drops on earth. It was not until the closing months of the One Year War that the Zaku I's finally saw front-line action and had a chance for some real glory. After the crushing defeat of Operation Odessa, Zaku I's reinforced their faltering main forces and saw some of the bitterest action of the entire war. Fighting desperate rearguard and holding actions often against the now superior Federation Mobile forces. This old war-horse also fought in the very last major actions of the war, fighting alongside advanced mobile suits such as MS-14 Gelgoog units used during Zeon's last stand at the Space Fortress A Baoa Qu. It should be a weaker and cheaper version of the MS-06 Zaku II. The next Gundam UC idea should be The Red Comet.

Next is a map for Bleach. For the first map for Bleach I decided to go for Karakura Town, as there are enough characters introduced in the Soul Society arch to see a map or two in the Soul Society. The map should be heavy with buildings on both sides of the map of different elevations and a park in the middle of the map with a lot of hindering terrain. The next Bleach idea should be a generic Soul Reaper.

Next is a map for Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex. For this I decided to go for a Motor Way battle field. There be two main roads going a cross the map with parked cars and ramp leading off the map to lot multiple copies of this map to join side by side. These roads should be on a higher level than the none road areas.

Next is a duo figure of Light and L from Death Note. For a period of time the two worked side by side in the hunt for Kira. L's reasons for working together is that he always expected Light to be Kira, but could never prove it. So he wants to keep an eye on Light 24/7 to prove he was right. Light's reason was to make sure L does not get the prove he needed and to find a way to get L's true identity which he later does. They should have the Duo ability, Combat Reflexes and two specials called "Light Is Not Kira!" and to "The Greatest Criminal Minds".
Light Is Not Kira!: At the beginning of you turn you may give "Light and L" a power action and select a opposing character. The opposing character is dealt D6 minus two (minimum of 0) damage.
The Greatest Criminal Minds: At the beginning of you turn choose two of the following: Perplex, Outwit, Probability Control, Shape Change or Willpower. "Light and L" can use these powers until the start of your next turn.
They should have about five clicks of health and starting combat values of Speed 7, Attack 9, Defence 17, Damage 2 and Range 0. They should not have a team ability and they keywords should be Detective and Kira Investigation Team. Lastly (new to duo figures due to the new rules coming soon) their Split and Merge qualifying names should be L, Light and Kira. Next Death Note idea should be Light as the new L.

Next is a Pilot card for Kaname Ohgi from Code Geass. Ohgi is initially seen as the leader of a Japanese resistance group. However, he admits that leading a resistance group is not a strong point and that he prefers to teach having previously been a teacher. Even though, most of his positions in the Black Knights involve him being higher up in command and usually includes leadership. He deeply cares for the japanese people especially his comrades as well as even caring for a Britannian, Villetta Nu after she was injured by Shirley Fenette. His pride for the Japanese people is seen throughout the series and during the initial announcement for the Special Administrative Zone of Japan, was one of the few who considered it. However, after the massacre, he is enraged to the point where the Britannians are seen as evil. His requirement should be ever the Japan or Black Knights keyword and his team ability should be the Black Knights one. His special ability should give him Leadership and he should not have a Mecha ability. The next Code Geass idea should be a Pilot card for Shinichirõ Tamaki.

Lastly is the DreamClix Dial Designs page update news. On Sunday I did the second of three Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex updates. There was one new dials designs this week which is shown below. There should be at least an update on Sunday which will be the final of the Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex updates will two new dials.

Well until next time, Mecha Up.
