DreamClix Endless Updates, the 19th of December to Christmas Day

MERRY CHRISTMAS all. This week's I updating the post twice. The first one was in the middle of the week was to add a dial I forgot to last week. The second update, a standard update, was done just before I started writing this post. I added a new Naruto dial, a Naruto feat card, a new dial from the Other section, Piano Squall's Cosplay card and the Persocom team ability. You might have notice that I never added the two Final Fantasy dials to the page. The reason why will be made clear in the next HeroClix post.

Paper Bomb Kunai - Cost: ?. Prerequisite: Standard Damage symbol. Choose a character. This character can use Energy Explosion, if it cannot already. If they have a Range value of 0, it becomes 2 for this attack. After this feat is used, remove it from the game.

Next week should be updating the One Piece stuff and adding a missing Soul Eater dial.

Now for this week's dial idea I am doing Meiko Sakine from Vocaloid from the Other section. Meiko Sakine is an officially recognized derivative of Meiko. Her name of Sakine, literally means "Blooming Sound" and has the same pronunciation as "Preceding Sound," i.e., she preceding Miku Hatsune. Her family name is sometimes shared among her other fanmade "siblings", Meito, in particular. She was conceived through the efforts of Producers working with Meiko's voice. This was owed largely to the fact Meiko had become forgotten because of Hatsune Miku's popularity, leaving both her and Kaito behind, Meiko in particular did not have the young sounding voice of the released Vocaloid 2 voicebanks released at the time so was not as appealing as they were to the Vocaloid Otaku based fandom. Meiko Sakine was established by Nanameue-P to push the limits of the Vocaloid software to make Meiko sound younger. Her official setting is "the Meiko who came into the music trend in the age of 16" (i.e., she is not a younger Meiko variation but Meiko when she was young) and Nanameue-P is "the producer who rediscovered Meiko in her youth". She was later made famous by the PV "Honey" featuring her and other derivatives such as Haku Yowane and Neru Akita, as well as the UTAU Teto Kasane alongside official Crypton Vocaloids. She should have have Incapacitate, Probability Control and Entrancement. She should have about four clicks of heal and starting combat values of Movement 8, Attack 10, Defence 16, Damage 0 and Range 8 with three targets. She should have the Vocaloid team ability and the keyword Celebrity.

The Vocaloid Team Ability: Adjacent friendly characters modify their range values by +1. Give this character a power action and choose an adjacent friendly character. The chosen character modifies its damage value by +1 while adjacent to this character and making ranged combat attacks this turn.
