DreamClix Endless Updates, the 12th to the 18th of December

Hi all and welcome to another DreamClix Dial Designs page update post. This week I added two more Additional Team Abilities for the villains from the second two Marvel animes (X-Men and Blade), fixed two to Naruto dials and added a missing Naruto dial.

U-Men - Cost: ?. Keyword(s): U-Men. Whenever a character using the U-Men additional team ability attacks an opposing character that was attacked by another character using the U-Men additional team ability this turn, the action does not count toward your available actions for the turn. Characters called U-Men can be given this Additional Team Ability as well, these characters will gain the U-Men keyword from this Additional Team Ability.

Vampires - Cost: ?. Keyword(s): Existence or Pureblood. Whenever a character using the Vampires additional team ability attacks, the damage dealt by this character before damage reducers can not be reduce below their printed damage value. 

Next week I will be at adding new Naruto dial design, a Naruto Card, missing dials from the other section and a new dial design for the Other section.

Now for this week's dial idea, a non armoured version of Sylia Stingray from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040. An enigmatic billionaire, and the founder of the Knight Sabers, Sylia is the daughter of Dr. Katsuhito Stingray, the man who invented Boomers. Implants in her brain were used to create both Galatea and Mackey and her brain patterns were used in the creation of Boomers thus strongly relating her to boomers, but she sees them as an abomination as her mother did. She acts as ground support for the Knight Sabers. She is in love with Nigel Kirkland, a sullen mechanic who was an engineer on the Boomer project who helped her design and build the hard suits. Sylia owns and operates an upscale clothing boutique called Silky Doll, which also serves as a front for the Knight Sabers HQ. Sylia suffers from regular flashbacks; most stem from her extremely complicated and disturbing childhood involving her mother's death and the cruel experiments her father conducted on her. She rarely dons her hardsuit or enters combat, because of this I am doing an unarmoured support figure of her. She should have two specials "Back Line Support" and "Founder of the Knight Sabers".
Back Line Support: Sylia Stingray can use Perplex, but she does not need to draw line of sight for it if the target is a friendly character.
Founder of the Knight Sabers: Sylia Stingray can use Leadership. When Sylia Stingray makes a successful Leadership roll, she can only remove an action token from an adjacent friendly character with the Knight Sabers keyword regardless of points value.
She should have about four clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 6, Attack 8, Defence 17, Damage 1 and Range 0. She should not have a TA and her keyword should be Knight Sabers. The next Bubblegum Crisis idea should be an armoured version of Sylia Stingray.
