Heroclix Special 6, Rulers and Minions

Sadly there is no Heroclix this week, but Darren has stated that we will be playing next week which will be the last game of 2010.

This week Wizkidz reviled the LE figures and 3D objects form the DC 75th Anniversary organised play sets. Also the set was released this week too.

In this week’s DreamClix I will be doing Gatou from Naruto, Cabaji from One Piece, Emperor Pilaf from Dragon Ball, the Gillian from Bleach, Kakashi’s Dog Squad from Naruto, Mohji and Richie duo figure from One Piece and the dials for the Demon Brothers duo figure from Naruto and the Beast Man Warrior generic from Dragon Ball. As there Anime-Media.com has not posted the English subs for episode 11 of Iron Man there will be no Iron Man clix this week.

First off is Gatou from Naruto. Gatou was a very important ship magnate before he got killed by Zabuza. His shipping company was merely a facade for illegal activities like smuggling and dealing drugs. He hired Zabuza and his team, so that they would prevent Tazuna from finishing the bridge. Making sure that the Wave Country did not have any contacts with the other countries. Leaving the country in the hands of Gatou to control and rule it. He was a very ruthless man who wanted to accomplish his goal by all means necessary, even if that meant killing innocent villagers. He should have Mastermind and a special called "Money Talks".
Money Talks: Gatou can use Perplex. He can use it twice a turn but the second time is a power action than a free action. Also if he uses it on a character with a Minion ability, he changes the value by two instead of one.
He should have about four clicks of health and starting states of Movement 6, attack 7, defence 17, damage 1 and range 0. He should have no TA and have the keywords Gatou and Ruler.

Next is Cabaji from One Piece. Cabaji is the second mate of Buggy's crew. He is not only an acrobat, but some sort of pyrotechnic expert. He had to fight Zoro and they both fell at the end. He should have the transporter ability, Blades, Close Combat Reflexs and Range Combat Expert. He should have about five or six clicks of health and starting states of Movement 10, attack 10, defence 17, damage 2 and range 6 with one target. He should have the One Piece TA and have the keywords Pirate and Buggy Pirates.

Next is Emperor Pilaf from Dragon Ball. Emperor Pilaf is a small blue imp-like creature who craves nothing more than power and dreams of ruling the world. He rules over an empire that consists of his castle in the Diablo Desert, and his two followers, Shu and Mai. He should have a special called "Loyal Minions", another special called "Bobby Trap" and Prob Control.
Loyal Minions: Pilaf can use Mastermind. He can Mastermind damage normally or to characters with the name Shu or/and Mai that he can draw a line of sight to.
Bobby Trap: Give Pilaf a power action and select one object with in Pilaf's range carried or un-carried. Characters in the same squre as the object or carrying it takes D6 minus one, minimum of one, damage. Characters that are adjusent to the object or carrier takes one click of damage. Characters with Super Sences may make a Super Sences roll to avoid the damage unless they are carrying the object. The object is destoried after the action has ended.
He should have about five clicks of health and starting states of Movement 6, attack 8, defence 16, damage 1 and range 6 with one target. He should have the Dragon Ball TA and have the keywords Ruler, Pilaf Gang and Minions of Picallo.

Next is the Gillian from Bleach. Gillian, also called Menos Grande are the first and weakest of all Menos. Though most Hollows are simply transformed Human souls, a sub-group of Hollows known as Menos, exist. Menos are conglomerations of hundreds of normal Hollows, resulting in a single composite entity of far greater strength than any normal Hollow. These cannibal Hollows are attracted to one another, and a mass inter-devouring follows, resulting in a Gillian. Following this transformation, the Gillian can evolve twice more, first into an Adjuchas and finally into a Vasto Lorde, provided certain conditions are met. Menos-class Hollows are considered so dangerous that Soul Society sends only highly trained Soul Reaper teams to handle them. In human terms the Gillian would be considered foot soldiers. There are many of them and they all look alike. In Soul Society, they are the "Menos" that are generally referred to in textbooks. Gillians are huge, but they are slow and have beast-like intellect. Any Captain would be able to destroy them with ease. Up to the point when Rukia Kuchiki meets Ichigo Kurosaki, she has only seen them in such textbooks, despite having been a Soul Reaper for many years. Gillains commonly attack in a group and one is powerful enough to be a challenge for a Lieutenant of the Gotei 13. Gillians typically arrive in the Human World through the use of spatial distortions called Kūmon. They should have the Giant symble, the Sharp Shotter symble, Force Blast, a special called "Lieutenant Level Threat", Invulnerability, Toughness, Range Combat Expert and a Trait called "Devalour of Hollows".
Devalour of Hollows: Give Gillian a power action, deal D6 minus two, minimum of one, unvidable damage to an adjusent friendly with the Hollow keyword that does not have the Menos keyword. Gillian heals that many clicks.
Lieutenant Level Threat: Damage dealt by Blades to Gillian is redusted by two. This special ability can not be outwitted.
They should have about six clicks of health and starting states of Movement 5, attack 10, defence 18, damage 3 and range 10 with one target. They should have no TA and have the keywords Hollow and Menso.

Next is Kakashi’s Dog Squad from Naruto. Kakashi can summon a pack of eight ninja dogs to his side. The dogs are capable of talking and each one has a symbol on his back, a face used on scarecrows. Kakashi primarily uses them for tracking purposes, sending them out to find and if necessary pin down a target until he arrives. They should have the duo symble, a trait call "Sniffer Hounds", Charge, a special called "Pack Tactics", Blades, Close Combat Reflex and Outwit.
Sniffer Hounds: Opposing Characters with in 4 squres of Kakashi’s Dog Squad can not use Stealth and Stealth like abilities.
Pack Tactics: Kakashi’s Dog Squad can use Flurry. If at least two attacks hit the some target, place an actions token on the target at the end of all the attacks.
They should have about five clicks of health and starting states of movement 12, attack 8, defence 17, damage 2 and range 0. They should have the Naruto TA and have the keywords Animal and Konohagakure.

Next is Mohji and Richie duo figure from One Piece. Mohji is a pirate and the first mate of the Buggy Pirates. He is a pet tamer, usually accompapnied by his pet lion Richie. They should be on a double base and should have the duo symble, Charge, Flurry, Blades, Closer Combat Reflexes and a special called "Animel Tramer".
Animal Tramer: Mohji and Richie can use Perplex but only on characters with the Animal keyword.
They should have about 6 clicks of health and starting states of movement 12, attack 9, defence 17, damage 3 and range 2 with one target. They should have the One Piece TA and have the keywords Animal, Pirate and Buggy Pirates.

Lastly we have the dials for the Demon Brothers duo figure from Naruto and Beast Man Warrior generic from Dragon Ball. I made one change to the Demon Brothers, I added Stealth as I forgot to list it last time. I also did some change to the Beast Man Warrior dial. I decided to make them go frenzy on their last click by giving them Willpower and Battle Fury. I also up their defence value as it was too low. You might have noticed, I never added a picture for the Beast Man Warrior dial. I am planing to not to add pictures for generics.

For next week’s DreamClix, I will be doing a Charismas special so non mange characters unless Heroclix is called off. Until next time, enjoy.
