Due to the bad weather Heroclix was cancelled. So I have a double bill of DreamClix for you. There will be no new Iron Man anime DreamClix as all the new characters were show are in the next with more detailed next week. So I am waiting to do them.
Wizkidz reviled two new figures this week for the DC 75th Anniversary set. Detective Chimp and the red lantern Atrocitus. Also I miss two figures last week, Gorillla City Warrior and Solovar. It nice to finally see the other Lantern Corps being boosted.
In this week’s DreamClix I will be doing Soichiro Yagami from Death Note, Chi-Chi from Dragon Ball, Ox King from Dragon Ball, Haku from Naruto and two generics for Death Note, Japanese Police Officer and FBI Agent. Also two dial designs, one for Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto and one for Buluma from Dragon Ball.
First off is Soichiro Yagami. Soichiro Yagami is Light's father and a police officer that initially leads the Kira investigation team. As work on the Kira case begins, he becomes disappointed with the lack of police cooperation in capturing Kira, eventually joining forces with L to form a special investigative team. When L begins to suspect Light of being Kira, Soichiro is unwilling to believe his son would be capable of such a thing. Though he eventually suffers a stress related heart attack, he insists on remaining helpful to the team, going as far as breaking into the Sakura TV station using a police bus. He should have the powers Willpower, a special called something like "The Chief", and Outwit at the end of his dial.
The Chief: Soichiro can use Leadership. All figures with the Police keyword that are is within 8 squares of Soichiro gain Willpower and +1 to defence.
He should have four or five clicks of health with starting states of Movement 8, Attack 8, Defence 17, Damage 2 and Range 4 with one target. He should have the PD TA and the keywords Police, Detective and Anti Kira Task Force.
Next is Chi-Chi from Dragon Ball. Chi-Chi is the daughter of the Ox-King and future human wife of Goku. She has got a very tomboyish, tough and very fierce personality, which sometimes causes her to have anger outbursts seen several times throughout the series'. She should have as power, a trait called “Daughter of the OX King”, Psychic Blast and Range Combat Expert.
Daughter of the OX King: If Chi-Chi is within 8 squares of a figure with the name Ox King she can draw a clear line of fire to him, both her and the Ox King gaina +1 to their Attack values.
She should have about four clicks of health with starting states of Movement 9, Attack 9, Defence 17, Damage 2 and Range 4 with one target. She should have the Dragon Ball TA and the keywords Kid and Martial Artist.
Next is Ox King from Dragon Ball. Ox-King is the King of Fire Mountain and the father of Chi-Chi. He once trained with Goku's adoptive grandfather Gohan under Master Roshi. He should have the powers Blades, Close Combat Expert and Toughness. He should have about five to six clicks of health with starting states of Movement 6, Attack 9, Defence 16, Damage 3 and Range 0. He should have the Dragon Ball TA and the keywords Ruler, Brute and Martial Artist.
Next is Haku from Naruto. Haku was a villager from the Land of Water. He later became a Ninja after meeting Zabuza Momochi. Haku had the kekkei genkai ability of Ice Release, which allowed him to control both Water Release and Wind Release. With Haku I am going to still some of Larfleeze abilities. He should have trait called “Ice Release”, Indomitable, Running Shot, a special called “Ice Mirrors”, a special called “Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors”, Poison and Support.
Ice Release: Ice Mirror objects are objects that cannot be picked up and are removed from the game if Haku is KO’d. Haku may make an attack and he can use is Poison (if he has it showing) as if he was in standing where the object is.
Ice Mirrors: Whenever Haku would be dealt damage, you may remove one Ice Mirror Object from the map and move Haku to where the object was.
Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors: Once during your turn, you may give Haku a free action and place an Ice Mirror object on the map within his range and line of fire. If there are already three or more of these objects on the map, this is a power action instead.
He should have about five clicks of health with starting states of Movement 10, Attack 10, Defence 18, Damage 3 and Range 4 with two targets. He should have the Naruto TA and the keywords Kirigakure, Gatō and Ninja. Yes Haku is a guy even thou he looks like a girl.
Next is a Japanese Police Officer generic for Death Note. These can also be use with Dragon Ball and Bleach. They should have only a minion special called “Serve and Protect”.
Serve and Protect: When a friendly character with the Police keyword and a higher point value is within 8 squares, Japanese Police Officer can use Incapitate.
They should have about four clicks of health with starting states of Movement 6, Attack 9, Defence 15, Damage 1 and Range 6 with one target. They should have the PD TA and the keyword Police.
Then we have a FBI Agent generic from Death Note. They should have Stealth, a minion power call “Under Cover”, Willpower and Perplex.
Under Cover: When a friendly character with the Detective keyword and a higher point value is within 8 squares, FBI Agent can use Shape Change and gains a +1 to damage.
They should have about four clicks of health with starting states of Movement 8, Attack 9, Defence 16, Damage 1 and Range 6 with one target. They should have the PD TA and the keyword Detective.
And lastly we have the dials for Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto and Buluma from Dragon Ball. With Sasuke I did a couple of changes. The first is that I reduced his range and targets. This would be more suitable for a more experienced version. Lastly I also swapped Pulse Wave for Energy Explosion as is fits better.
I am planning on doing for next week’s DreamClix Shu and Mia duo figure from Dragon Ball, a Samaria Thug generic for Naruto, Rukia Kuchiki with soul reaper powers and the dial for “Iron Mace” Alvida pre-devil fruit powers. Also the way the Iron Man Anime is going I might be doing Zodiac Warrior Sagittarius, Ho Yinsan in the Iron Man Dio Armour and Iron Man Sigma drones. Until next time, enjoy.
