HeroClix, the 13th of October, Explosive DreamClix

Welcome to another week of HeroClix. Sadly there was not HeroClix this week, so the Dynamic Duo is pushed back until next week. The previews for this week were Brush Banner, Hulk, House of M Hulk, Humanoid and the Leader from the Incredible Hulk set; and Legolas and Gimli from the Lord of the Rings set. WOW! We are still getting House of M versions of characters. Here is hoping for a House of M Iron Man and Human Torch. Also the second round pulls for the fans choose DC character is over and the next round will start soon. (Yes I did add to the news when I added the pictures and dials).

Now for DreamClix and the start of the Halloween special month. I will be doing ideas for a Super Zombie and Frankenstein for the special Halloween side; Alcapone from Souls Eater; Borma from Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex; Raye Penber from Death Note; a Johnny and Yosaku duo from One Piece; AD Police Helicopter from Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2040; and Ganju Shiba from Bleach. But first here are the Dial designs from Mandurugo, Matthes and Vergugo from the Blade anime; Zombie horde token for the special Halloween side; Teacher IS from IS: Infinite Stratos; Tygra from Thundercats; and Jack the Ripper from Soul Eater.

Next is a Super Zombie for the Halloween special, however a slightly modified version will appear in the Capcom stuff at a later date. Super Zombie is a generic super powered zombie. A genetically modified human turned into a zombie, a genetically modified zombie plague, a super hero/villain turned into a zombie or an alien turned into a zombie are same ideas of a Super (brain eating) Zombie. They should have a Trait called "Brain Eating Hordes", Charge, Super Strength, Invulnerability, Toughness and Battle Fury.

He should not have a TA and his keyword should be Evil Humans.

Next is Borma from Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex. He is Section 9's resident explosives specialist. He is the only Section 9 operative with similar height and enchanted strength as Batou, though his optics are clearly a different colour and might therefore be another model with different capabilities. In addition to his role as Section 9's explosives specialist, Borma often handles the task of rear support. In most assignments, he's the only member to carry heavy weaponry. He also works as the team's resident cyberviral warfare expert, other developing vaccines for cyber viruses within minutes of their creation. He is usually teamed with either Saito for sniping duties, Pazu for general operations and Ishikawa for cyberweb research and viral warfare. He should have a trait called "Disarm Explosives", Energy Explosion, Toughness, Range Combat Export and Enhance.
Disarm Explosives: Opposing characters within six squares of Borma can not use Energy Explosion or Pulse Wave.

Next is Raye Penber from Death Note. Penber is an FBI  agent investigating Light early on is the story. He was one out of twelve American FBI agent sent to Japan to aid L in tracking down Kira early in the story. Although American, he has a Japanese mother. Light notices the distinct accent in Penber's voice. He eventually stops suspecting Light to be Kira after he appears to be one of the victims of a bus-jacking. However, Light staged the event to get Penber's name so he could kill him. He has a fiancée, retired FBI agent Naomi Misora, whom he tells not to involve herself in the investigation for her own safety. Light manages to track him down and use him "as a pawn" to kill the other eleven members of his team. He unknowingly used a page of Light's notebook to kill them. Light kills Penber soon after. Before Penber dies, he sees Light, realizing that he is indeed Kira. He should have Stealth and a special called "Uncover Kira".
Uncover Kira: If a friendly character called Kira or Light Yagami are adjacent to Raye Penber, they gain Mastermind but can only use it on Raye Penber. If there is a opposing character called Kira or Light Yagami within eighth squares of Raye Penber, Raye Penber can use Outwit and he ignores hindering terrain for line of sight for Outwit.
He should have about four clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 7, Attack 9, Defense 16, Damage 1 and Range 4 with one target. His TA should be the Police one and his keyword should be Detective.

Next is the Johnny and Yosaku duo from One Piece. They were old friends and bounty hunter partners of Roronoa Zoro. When the meet the Straw Hats, Yosaku was suffering from scurvy which Nami diagnose and treat. When Nami ran of to Arlong Park with the Going Merry. Johnny and Yosaku helped the Straw Hats to rescue her. They should have a trait called "Supporters of the Straw Hats", the duo ability, Charge, a special called "Friends of Zoro" and Defend.
Supporters of the Straw Hats: If there is a character called Roronoa Zoro in your team, Johnny and Yosaku gains the Straw Hats Crew keyword and TA.

They should have about four clicks of health and starting combat values of Movement 5, Attack 9, Defense 18, Damage 2 and Range 7 with two targets. Their TA should be the AD Police one and their keywords should be AD Police, Police and Vehicle.

Lastly is Ganju Shiba from Bleach. He is the youngest member of the noble Shiba Family, and one of the two only remaining members. The family are experts in fireworks and explosives. He helped Ichigo and the others try to save Rukia, which at first did not know she was the one who killed his older brother until he saw her.
