DreamClix (Oolong) Special

Welcome to another DreamClix special post. HeroClix was cancelled at the very last moment, so the Batman Begins game is pushed back a week AGAIN. Will it ever happen. Now for the HeroClix news for this week. This week there were previews of the two versions of Iron Man from Marvel HeroClix 10th Anniversary; and Hawkman from DC Justice League 52. On personal news I have received the the Iron Man Suitcase a Tank Turret 3D objects from Marvel Chaos War in the post on Monday.

Now for this week's DreamClix section. This week I am doing ideas for five different forms of Oolong from Dragon Ball, Dracule Mihawk from One Piece and the Shichibukai team ability. But first I have designs of Brother of Ninja Murasaki from Dragon Ball; Gonzu from Battle Angel Alita; the duo figure of Patty and Carne from One Piece; Hog Rider from Bleach: and Lizard Grunt from Thundercats.

Next is Oolong from Dragon Ball. Oolong is a shape shifting pig, who met Bulma and Goku while on their quest finding the Dragon Balls. After their adventure, he begins living at Capsule Corporation in West City. He plays a large role in the beginning of Dragon Ball, but by the end of Dragon Ball Z, he just shows up from time to time in the company of Master Roshi. I had done Oolong before as a single figure, but I have decided to redo him use several figures and the Morph ability. But first let us see what the old idea was:
(He should have Shape Change and a special for each oif his clicks to repesent defferant forms.
Form 1 - Samuri: Oolong can use Blades and Invulnerability. He also has the Armour keyword.
Form 2 - Bull: Oolong can use Charge and Toughness. Also if he uses Charge, his damage value 3 for the attack.
Form 3 - Buluma: Oolong can use Incapacitate as if he has range 6 and Shape Change but on a 4 to 6.
Form 4 - Bat: Oolong has the fight ability and can use Stealth, Close Combat Reflexes and Energy Shield Deflection.
He should have four clicks of health and starting values of Movement 7, Attack 8, Defence 17, Damage 1 and Range 0. He should have the Dragon Ball TA and the keywords Dragon Ball Gang and Animal.)
Now with the new versions of Oolong I will have a figure for each of these forms plus a standard form for Oolong, all sporting the trait "MORPH(Oolong)".
MORPH(Oolong): Give Oolong a move or close combat action that deals no pushing damage. After the action resolves, replace him with any character with this trait on the same click number.

The standard version of Oolong should have Shape Change and Probability Control. He should have four clicks of health and starting values of Movement 7, Attack 8, Defence 16, Damage 1 and Range 0. He should have the Dragon Ball team ability and the keywords Dragon Ball Gang and Animal.

The Samurai Robot version of Oolong should have Blades, Invulnerability and Toughness. He should have four clicks of health and starting values of Movement 6, Attack 9, Defence 17, Damage 2 and Range 0. He should not have a team ability and the keywords Armour, Martial Artist and Robot.

The Bull version of Oolong should have a special called "Bull Rush" and Toughness.
Bull Rush: Oolong can use Charge. If he uses Charge, his damage value becomes 3 for the attack.
He should have four clicks of health and starting values of Movement 10, Attack 9, Defence 15, Damage 2 and Range 0. He should not have a team ability and the keywords Animal and Brute.

The Buluma version of Oolong should have Incapacitate, Shape Change and Mastermind. He should have four clicks of health and starting values of Movement 6, Attack 8, Defence 18, Damage 0 and Range 6 with three targets. He should have the Dragon Ball team ability and the keywords Dragon Ball Gang and Spy.

The Bat version of Oolong should have the Flight symbol, the Tiny symbol Stealth. He should have four clicks of health and starting values of Movement 10, Attack 7, Defence 18, Damage 0 and Range 0. He should not have a team ability and the keyword Animal. There will be more forms for Oolong in the future. The next Dragon Ball idea should be another shape shifter, Pu'ar.

Next is Dracule Mihawk from One Piece. Dracule "Hawk-Eyes" Mihawk is a member of the Shichibukai and the current holder of the title, "Greatest Swordsman in the World". Much of Mihawk's past remains a mystery. However, he once saw a strong rival in Shanks. Their battles were said to shake the whole of the Grand Line and Mihawk often sought Shanks out for duels. After Shanks lost his arm ten years before the story, Mihawk ceased seeking him out for duels. At some point Mihawk earned the title of "World's Greatest Swordsman" as well as joined the ranks of the Shichibukai. He was among those present at Gol D. Roger's execution. He also made the castle of Kuraigana Island his home. Mihawk had been responsible for single-handedly destroying Don Krieg's entire fleet, excluding Krieg's flagship, during his failed attempt at entering and conquering the Grand Line. The destruction of Krieg's fleet drove the pirate from the Grand Line. He then followed Don Krieg to East Blue, to the Baratie and destroyed their flagship. While at the Baratie, he encountered the Straw Hat Pirates, and Zoro immediately challenged him. Mihawk was able to block all three of Zoro's swords with the tip of his necklace blade, finally stabbing him in the chest with it. Mihawk was so impressed by Zoro's spirit, however, that he granted him a face-off against the Black Sword. Zoro then performed his strongest technique, Sanzen Sekkai, but Mihawk completely overpowered it and shattered two of his three swords in the process (all but the Wado Ichimonji). Zoro, admitting his total defeat, allowed himself to be cut down by Mihawk face-to-face, like a true swordsman. Mihawk accepted this offer and cleaved open a massive diagonal cut across Zoro's entire chest, but held back just enough to allow Zoro to live. Luffy had already struck out at the Shichibukai unsuccessfully when Zoro tearfully called out to him, proclaiming that no matter what, he would never lose again. Afterwards, Mihawk told Zoro his full name, and gave him a challenge:
“It's still too early for you to die. My name is Dracule Mihawk! Discover your true self, the true world, become stronger! However long it may take, I shall await you at the top. Surpass this sword! Surpass me! Roronoa Zoro!!! ”— Mihawk's challenge to Zoro.
After hearing Zoro's goals and giving him a challenge, Mihawk asked Luffy what his goal was. When Luffy told Mihawk it was to be Pirate King, Mihawk told him that was even harder than surpassing him. With the events against Zoro over, Mihawk decided it's time he headed back to the Grand Line for a nap. Don Krieg took offense to the Shichibukai's attitude towards his men and launched an attack on him. Mihawk simply called out "You fool!" and in one final strike struck at Krieg's ship again, causing the already wrecked ship to fall further into pieces. When the dust cleared Mihawk was nowhere to be seen. At this point in time of with the set the above is all that is known about Mihawk. So like with Gin from Bleach this dial will not be a truely represent Mihawk in a real fight. He should have Super Senses, Close Combat Reflexes, Probability Control, Blades and a trait called "World's Greatest Swordsman".
World's Greatest Swordsman: All damage dealt by Dracule Mihawk is Penetrating and he ignores other characters Super Senses and Close Combat Reflexes if they cost 100 points or less.
He should have eight clicks of health and starting values of Movement 7, Attack 12, Defence 18, Damage 3 and Range 0. He should have the Shichibukai team ability and his keywords should be Shichibukai and Pirate.

Next is the Shichibukai team ability: Characters that process the Shichibukai team ability can use Willpower. Uncopyable. The next One Piece idea should be Pearl.

Lastly is the DreamClix Dial Designs page update news. On Sunday I did the first of two Mobile Suit Gundam UC updates. The new dial design is shown below. There should be at least an update to the page on Sunday. In this update I will be the second Mobile Suit Gundam UC update.

Well that is it for this week. Until next time, Mecha Up.
