Gaming with Neoscream: 14th December 2014

Welcome to “Gaming with Neoscream”. This is my (normally) weekly gaming report and event write up post for miniature games, RPGs, card games and computer games. Sorry for not doing this post the last two weeks, Last week there was no gaming and the week before there was only HeroClix.

“This Week's Events”

On the 27th of November I went to York House for HeroClix. That week was a "Celebrity Duos" scenario. 600 points, four actions, must contain one Duo figure. To speed thing up as it was over two week ago. I won the first two games. These were against Darren S (shock horror) and Michael. However I last my game against Adrian. I ended up winning that week.
On Thursday this week I went to York House for HeroClix. This week was a Martial Artist based scenario. 400 points, half of your force (in points) must have the Martial Artist keyword.
On the first round I was up against Michael who was using an Avengers themed team. I managed to win this game. Also Darren S won his game against Adrian.
On the second round I was up against Darren S who was using a Gotham City themed team. Like normal Darren S won this game.
On the third and final round I was up against Adrian who was using a The Hand themed team. I sadly lost this game. The ability from Wolverine to use the Hydra team ability in melee and Daredevils trait that gives him Empowered was a nasty combo.
Next week will be a Big Bash. 1,200 points, four or six (I cannot remember) actions, all figures must have a common colour. This will be the last HeroClix game of the year.
