Neoscream's Life for the week of the 1st to the 7th of October

RX-79(G) Gundam Ground Type
Welcome to another week of my life, in a newer style. For those new to the blog, the "Neoscream's Life" posts are basically a weekly dairy of mine. The week before last marked the end of the DreadBall KickStarter, but did last week bring. (This week there are two Gundam Mobile Suit pictures instead of one to make up for last week).

At work this week most of the new staff left. I do not know if this was a good thing or not as they were not listening to orders from management, but this will mean we will need to train more new stuff again. That is if head office accepts them. Luckily all the staff that were on holiday are back now. But more will be going off mid to late October time including me for a week at the end of the month for London EXPO. Also the audit is due again. I ended up working just under 38 hours this week.

The survey for the extra stuff for the DreadBall KickStarter will be sent out of Friday the 12th of October. It meant to have about 190 questions to it. Also my mum had said she would pay for a the Strike pack as a Christmas present, so I have some extra money to spend on extras. So I will be picking up the Season 2 and 3 physical rulebooks. Still thinking on the extra pitch and white cases. I am hoping the add other Mantic products to the Extras as I want to pick up a 10 man Enforcers squad for a 7TV team, the X-Guards.

I also pledged $18 on another KickStarter project, Judge Dredd Block War. Mongoose Publishing, the current rights owners of the Judge Dredd miniatures game, our releasing an expansion to their game called Block War. Normal it would take years to release all the figures that they had planned as they are a small company with many other games, so they decided to do a KickStarter for it to get the stuff out quicker. This has lead to them expanding it a lot more into the 2000 A.D. universe than they first thought. My pledge is for four figures that I am wanting to get, two of them are for 7TV teams. Here is the link to the KickStarter.

There was no 7TV game this week as Nathan was not well, and there will be not game next week ever as Richard is away getting hammered. However I have gotten back to doing more painting of 7TV teams.

As I finished watching Mobile Suit Gundam AGE last week. I have decided to write a little review of the series. At first it seemed heavily childish in it style compared to the other Gundam shows, but it got better over time. It is, compared to other Gundam shows, aimed for a younger audience, but the whole revengething that the story followed is not really a good thing to show kid (as well as mindless deaths). If I could change one thing in the show, I would have Fram Nara somehow survive. Over all it was a great show, but it is no Wing or 00.

Lastly this last week's Cosplay Deviants sets. On Wednesday there was a new set from a new male deviant called Firebrand. The set is called Explorer and in it he cosplays as Nathan Drake from Uncharted. The set on Saturday was a new set from the deviants Megumi-Chan. The set is called New Heroine and in it she cosplays as Mina Majikine from Samurai Shodown.

Well that is it for now. Until next time, Mecha Up.
