MK HeroClix, the 18th of October, The Colours of the Gems

Welcome to the new style MK HeroClix post. I have decided to split the DreamClix section away from the MK HeroClix post. On weeks when was HeroClix does not happen the MK HeroClix post will be just a HeroClix news post and I might throw is a DreamClix idea to as a post filler.

First off the HeroClix news for this week. This week there were previews of Maul, Booster Gold, Catwoman, Two-Face, Batgirl and Hired Goon from DC Batman; and Blue Beetle from DC Streets of Gotham.

This week was 500 points, Marvel only, pick a colour that no one else has. You gain an Infinity Gem based on that colour. I am Gold/Yellow so I have the Reality Gem, Adrian is Green so he has the Soul Gem, Michael is Red so he has the Power Gem and Darren is Purple so he has Space Gem. If you cannot guess I went for an Iron Man team who were:

In the first round I was up against Adrian. He was using a Avengers team who where:

At first this was a tough battle, but when Iron Man rolled a 6 on his regeneration roll things changed and I ended up winning the game. Also Darren won his game with Michael. In the second round I was up against Darren. He was using a Thunderbolts team who were:

Darren Thunderbolted to Mystics and like normal I lost the game, but I did take out Green Goblin. Also Adrian won his game against Michael. On the fourth and final round I was up against Michael. He was using a non themed team who were:

The Iron Man Army managed to white wash Michael's team, which lead to my winning. Also Michael won his game against his brother Adrian. The special of the Iron Man Drones was very effective. MINION: REMOTE COMMAND: When a friendly character named Iron Man, Tony Stark, or Ultron is within 8 squares, Iron Man Drone can be given a move action as a free action, but modifies its speed value by -2.

As Adrian will not be at HeroClix next week, next week's game will be there a 1,200 point three way battle. No Colossals.
